HOW WE FUNCTION

RECRUITMENT

The manpower recruited for security duties are resourced generally from within the state, neighboring states, Orissa, Bihar, UP and Assam. This is done through our existing staff with proper reference check.

ENROLMENT

Enrolment is done after verification of individual’s Marks Card, authorized Identity and Address proofs. The standard is maintained as per PSARA. Proper police verification is ensured in each case of enrolment.

TRAINING

Training is imparted as per PSARA covering all the subjects including Fire, First Aid and Emergency Situation. Guard Alert Capsules, Refresher training and Fire training are conducted at regular intervals at the work sites by trainers who are professionally trained for the purpose.

FIELD STAFF MONITORING

Field Officers and Managers are well experienced in the field work. They are mostly available at the sites and always over the cell phones and respond immediately.
